Return Policy

Domestic Orders:

  • An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Orders which are bought on sale (Discount > 15%) are not eligible for Return/Exchange.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.
  • Return / Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring, including fall & edging services.
  • Customers can initiate a return request based on the following circumstances:
  1. Incorrect item delivered --> Refund / Gift Card
  2. Item is damaged / defective --> Refund / Gift Card
  3. Color different from description --> Gift Card
  4. I do not like this material --> Gift Card

  • To raise a return request, customers must send an email to support@sampradayadesignerstudio.com with the order details and the reason for return. For damaged/incorrect items, a photograph of the product, price tag, and the packing cover is mandatory.
  • Our support team will analyze and approve the return request.
  • Once approved, pack and ship the item to the address below:

  • The products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, and unused. The price tag (and the silk mark tag if applicable) must be present, and the saree folding must be intact.
  • Refund/gift card will be issued after receiving the item and approval by our quality assurance team. It will include only the cost of the product. Any other costs incurred for the order by the company/customer will not be refunded.
  • All refunds will be credited to the same payment mode used for the order. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.
  • Exchange can be done only once. Gift Card will have validity of 3 months from the date of issue. You can use the gift card to purchase any product available on our website.
  • In case of any queries related to return or exchange, we advise you to call us at +91 9059869444 / +91 7036762236 (Mon – Sat 11 am to 8.00 pm IST) If we fail to attend your call, we will ensure to revert back within 60 mins. Or email your query to support@sampradayadesignerstudio.com
  1. We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India

    Please note :

    Sampradaya designer studio cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree/accessories after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.
    If you have requested falls and pico, and/or saree tassle/blouse detachment services to your purchased saree, Exchanges are not permitted.
    All products bought at SALE/DEAL PRICE(Discount > 15%) are not eligible for Exchange.
    For any Paid Order cancellations done by the customer, a "5% PAYMENT GATEWAY & WEBSITE HANDLING" charge will be levied and has to be borne by the customer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Sampradaya Designer Studio ensures secure and reliable shipping across India through trusted courier services. Please note that courier charges are borne by Sampradaya Designer Studio. Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the order date, and the shipping timelines will be communicated to the customer in advance.

All our products are meticulously packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. In the event that you notice any tampering with the package, we kindly request you not to accept the delivery from the carrier. Acceptance of the delivery implies that the product arrived in a tamper-proof condition.

For simplicity, all products in one cart will be shipped to a single shipping address. If you require products to be shipped to multiple addresses, kindly create separate orders in separate carts for each address.

Rest assured, all products ordered from Sampradaya Designer Studio are insured against loss or theft from the point of dispatch to the point of delivery, at no additional cost to the customer. Please be aware that any applicable Octroi & Entry tax, as per local laws in the delivery location, will be borne by the customer.

I'm from France and currently in Hyd for wrk. While searching for a good tailor, I found Sampradaya online. I checked their Insta, and it looked promising. I decided to start with 3 blouses and 1 saree for finishing to see if they could meet my expectations. 10 days later, I went to pickup my order, but 1 of the saree blouses wasn't finished. Since I wasn't in a rush, I was okay with that. One of the staff members offered to send the unfinished blouse via Rapido the nxt day. Pleased with their work, I gave them 10 more saree blouses and requested that they complete 4 of them within 10 days. The same lady assured me they would be ready in 4 days. The nxt day, I asked if it would be possible to send the four saree blouses along with the remaining blouse from the previous order in the same parcel via Rapido. She agreed and informed me,they would send the parcel on 26th by 6 pm. I let her know that I wouldn't be home, but someone would be there to receive it. The parcel didn't arrive, so I sent a msg the following day. She replied that it would arrive on the 27th by 4 pm and mentioned that "the blouses are at finishing." I asked her to inform me if there was any delay because someone was waiting. By nightfall, I still hadn’t received it.On the 28th (Sunday), I was upset and sent a message stating that it was unprofessional not to inform , especially since I had someone waiting at home to receive their package.There was no apology in response; instead, she simply replied, "Today is closed, ma'am," and that she would send the parcel on 29th. On Monday morning, I asked what time she planned to send it because, once again, I needed to arrange for someone to be at home. At 11:19 am, she asked if I was home, and I confirmed. She said she would send it immediately, (I had to leave for a business trip at 12:30 pm.) At 11:34 am, I asked how lng it would take, but by 12:07 pm, I still hadn't received a response, even though my messages were seen. I asked again, and she repeated that she would send it right away, but still, no time frame was given. At 12:08 pm, she called to ask why I had said they were unprofessional (referring to my msg frm the 28th, to which she was now responding on the 29th by phone). She accused me of putting pressure on them, saying she wasn't my personal designer, that she didn't have to send it by Rapido, and that she was doing me a favor by offering to do so. She also mentioned that she had made an exception by agreeing to stitch the blouses in 4 days and that, she wouldn't have taken the order. She reproached me for providing an address for delivery when she had asked for a location (to which I had responded on 28th, explaining that I was at work and preferred the package to be sent home where someone would be available to receive it, to which she had replied "Okk"). She raised her voice, and when I asked if she had called just to yell at me, she claimed that was just her tone. I found it hard to believe, as she was all smiles when I visited the store.I clearly told her that I no longer needed them to send the parcel and that I would send someone to pick up all the blouses, even if they were not stitched. She quickly backtracked and said they would send them right away.
